Wordplayers: Merry Christmas!

Wordplayers: Merry Christmas!Merry Christmas, Wordplayers! I hope you are enjoying a beautiful day with your families and loved ones today. For me, this is, above all, a holiday of Thanksgiving, in which I am given plentiful opportunities to remember God’s blessings of abundance in my life.

A huge part of my life is this website and all of  you who read it, comment on the posts, and form the wonderful Wordplayer community.

I am deeply thankful for all of you—whether you’re someone with whom I toss around ideas and look to for advice, someone I chat with on a regular basis, someone who sends me funny Pinterest pictures, someone who has sent a kind note of encouragement or camaraderie, or just someone reading silently and sharing my life and my love of stories from afar.

You have changed my life, in countless ways. You have broadened my horizons and opened my mind and my heart. You challenge me, every day, to be both a better writer and a better person.

Thank you for being who you are, and thank you for being here.

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas, KM, to you and your family and friends. I am so blessed to have you here on the web to turn to, to remind me to get back to those “projects,” as I call them, get back to outlining, structuring, and making it so much easier, for me at least, with your character arcs book. I hope you have more writer books planned, because I enjoy them so much.

    Merry, Merry!

  16. ROBERT EASTERBROOK says:

Is that snow in the background, or something I wouldn’t want to step in? You look dazzling, or are you simply dazzled by the sun? Hence the shades? Either way, you’re picturesque. You’re a charmer, Ms. Weiland, and you know it. Please don’t stop doing what you’re doing, I’m not sure I could live without it. Glad tidings and best wishes. Take care.

Thanks again die everything you share, your encouragement and wisdom. You challenge me, in a positive way.

  22. Merry Christmas to you too! Your writing provides me with great insights into my own work, and I thank you for that. I also truly believe that I am blessed with abundance. I give thanks every day for my health, for food in my pantry, heat in my home, my family and my animals – simple things that some folks don’t have.

  23. Merry Christmas! I am thankful for your blog, for your warmth, for the chance to geek out about writing, for your faith in God. Thanks for taking the time for us. 🙂

  24. Merry Christmas Katie, belated. Blue skies, cold temps and snow on the ground with cold, naked tall Pennsylvania trees growning in the cold, as I took my morning walk with the dog this ‘boxing day’ morning, of beauty and winter grace at son’s home.

Thankyou, and may the Blessings be,

    MaryAnna
