That’s a great first chapter. Not only was it entertaining, but I learned a few things from it. I really like the opening line.
As an interesting factoid, this chapter was an eleventh-hour change in the manuscript. It scraped in under the deadline, and I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. Thanks for reading!
