Third Plot Point: Rincewind and Twoflower transition into our universe and then back to their own, leaving them near the rim of the discworld.

Climax: The Lady gives Rincewind and TwoFlowers a chance to escape from their cell and hopefully achieve freedom from their captors.

Climactic Moment: Rincewind and TwoFlows disguise themselves as the pilots of the fish ship.

Resolution: TwoFlowers is launched into space on the fish ship. Rincewind finds himself stuck in a tree at the rim of the world. Death fails to show up himself. Rincewind plunges over the rim of the Discworld toward whatever adventure will find him.

Comments: This one was tricky. The book is very episodic, so in a lot of ways it doesn’t seem to fit traditional story structure. However, all the required plot points are there, even if they don’t seem to quite fulfill the roles they usually would.
